We continuously strive to ensure our matchmaking database is growing and expanding with new, quality matches and are committed to finding you someone we think you could have a potential love match with. [/toggle][toggle title=”2. What is the $199 registration cost for?” open=”no”]The $199 is your matchmaking consultation fee. It’s paid by all premiere & executive participants who enrol in the program. This fee ensures that you are serious about participating and will be used towards the matchmaker’s time & travel expenses to meet you. It takes time and effort for our matchmaker to process your file and meet for the interview. We want to make sure all registered clients feel genuinely about the program. Interviews take place in Toronto, Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton. Please note, once you are sent the form to fill out, this fee is non-refundable.[/toggle][toggle title=”3. Do I get my $199 payment back?” open=”no”]The $199 registration payment is non-refundable. Along with your consultation fee, you will receive a FREE Speed Dating Event credit.[/toggle][toggle title=”4. How many dates will I get?” open=”no”]Our goal is to set you up on as many dates as possible to help you meet that special someone. The number you receive will be based on the package option you’ve chosen, your match-ability, how specific you are about what you are looking for and the percentage of people we have in the program who are a possible compatible match. We will set you up on one date at a time. Hopefully the first meeting goes well and we don’t have to set you up on another![/toggle][toggle title=”5. Do I pay any additional costs over the $199 registration?” open=”no”]For every date that we find you, that you agree to and we set up, you will be charged an additional $50 service cost. If you reject a potential meet-up, you will not be charged. You can reject up to three dates, but if you continue to do so after three dates you will be asked to remove yourself from the match making service. [/toggle][toggle title=”6. What if I meet someone outside the program?” open=”no”]You are welcome to leave the program at any time, if you choose to do so you will be placed on a three month hold. Within the three months if you decide to come back and try again with SITC your membership will carry on. Please note: The $199 registration cost is non refundable if you decide to leave the program.[/toggle][toggle title=”7. How long does it take to find a potential date?” open=”no”]Our goal is to find you the best compatible match and not just set you up randomly. Once we find you a potential date for you, you will be contacted by your matchmaker. We rely on people in the database that seem to be a match for you. There is no guarantee, if it seems there is no match for you then you will not be contacted until someone new joins the database that matches your interests. [/toggle][toggle title=”8. What if I don’t like the person you set me up with?” open=”no”]There are no guarantees as to whether or not you will hit it off with the person you have been set up with. We will do our best to match you up with someone according to the information given and what we learn about you in your interview.[/toggle][toggle title=”9. What if I like who I’ve been set up with and want to see them again?” open=”no”]If you are interested then let them know that there is a connection! If you are both feeling the same then you can exchange numbers. If you are feeling awkward or unsure you can always contact SITC and they can reach out to your date and if agreed by both parties numbers can then be exchanged![/toggle][toggle title=”10. What if I leave the program and want to join back in again?” open=”no”]If you request to leave the program, your file will be placed on hold for 3 months. If you have not contacted us again within that time to re-instate your membership, we will remove you from the program. Once you have been removed from the program and would like to rejoin, you will have to re-register and pay the $199 registration fee again.[/toggle][toggle title=”11. What if I meet someone and want to cancel my membership?” open=”no”]Call or email your matchmaker to let them know that you would like to be put on hold. If you are on hold for more than 3 months, your matchmaker will remove you from the program and assume you are in a happy relationship![/toggle][toggle title=”12. Why do you need my picture?” open=”no”]Pictures are necessary to reference your file. They are put in your file and are only seen by your matchmaker.[/toggle][toggle title=”13. When will I meet my matchmaker?” open=”no”]After you’ve completely filled out your profile and have emailed us your availability then your matchmaker will reach out to set up a meeting. Our matchmakers are generally booked over a week in advance so depending on your flexibility and location you will be meeting your matchmaker a week or two after you’ve informed us of your availability.[/toggle][toggle title=”14. How long is the membership?” open=”no”]Your $199 consultation fee also enrols you in our matchmaking service for one year. When your year has ended you have the option of purchasing another year for $100 or ending your membership.[/toggle][toggle title=”15. Where will I meet my matchmaker?” open=”no”]

Our matchmakers meet clients in Toronto on Tuesday afternoons/early evenings. We meet most days, evenings and weekends in Oakville. We can also meet on select other days/ evenings in Toronto — these book up quickly and are subject to availability. All of our meeting locations are predetermined, we do not come to you. A date & time to meet are arranged once payment is received and your profile has been filled out.
